(1993) Degree in Law at the Autónoma University of Madrid

(1998) Doctorate in civil law at the Autónoma University of Madrid, with a doctoral thesis entitled: “The process of setting up a foundation”

 

PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Lecturer at the Autónoma University of Madrid from 1993 to 2001. A partner at the Bercovitz-Carvajal practice, he has been a practising lawyer since 1999.

 

SPECIALIST AREAS

Since joining Bercovitz-Carvajal he has focussed on various areas of private law, especially foundations, liability, real-estate law and condominiums, family affairs, inheritances and bankruptcy law.

He also has extensive experience in the field of pecuniary liability and expropriation.

He is currently responsible for defending the members and families of the Asbestos Victims Association in both civil and labour proceedings, in which he has achieved some notable successes.
