A partner in the Bercovitz-Carvajal practice, he has been a practising lawyer since 1989.
He has most notably worked in the entertainment industry, advising firms in the music and audiovisual sectors as well as artists and collecting societies. His work focuses on property law and commercial law, and in particular intellectual property, competition law and new technologies. He also has a sound record in the courts.
