Over more than 20 years of professional practice his work has focussed on the sphere of private law, in nearly every branch from consulting for companies and private individuals to conducting many lawsuits. He has worked most notably with intellectual property and in particular with collective management rights and their implications in the field of free competition. He also has a track record of expertise in administrative cases.
